Saints Cosmas and Damian are celebrated every year with a party that lasts five days. Initially, in the seventeenth century, the local count and kept a picture of two revered saints who, every year on Sept. 27, was taken around the country during a religious procession. In 1782 he was made a statue of St. Cosmas which, as he entered the village, operated its first miracle : heavy rain after a long period of drought. Two years later, the faithful made the statue of San Damiano and the two statues took place in the framework of the procession.
Since then, the religious ceremony was held every year: the harvest, a procession on 27 morning, another procession gala 28 the evening, with the authorities and representatives from neighboring cities and meetings with the faithful who have come from abroad.
Among the events are not religious there are several concerts with bands and a fireworks show .
